Curated by lead stylist Whitney Ford of Styled By W.I., the Maternity & Newborn Styling Catalog is a digital, easy-to-navigate resource that photographers and families alike rely on to style sessions with ease and confidence.

Inside, you’ll find hundreds of shoppable pieces selected with photography in mind—from women’s dresses and kidswear to menswear, shoes, and accessories. The catalog is divided into clear sections and is updated weekly (sometimes even daily) to reflect in-stock, seasonally appropriate finds for your Maternity & Newborn sessions.

You’ll also gain access to moodboards and color palettes to help your clients visualize how pieces work together—taking the guesswork out of styling and elevating the final gallery.

Access is provided through a password-protected link that works beautifully on both desktop and mobile.

How it works

  • Choose your catalog & your subscription length - We offer catalogs for Family Styling, High School Senior Styling, and a Maternity & Newborn Styling Catalog. Choose one catalog or a bundle that suits your needs.

    Subscribe monthly, 3 months at a time, or annually. 

  • Login and access your catalog - this live catalog is updated weekly with new shoppable styles, moodboards and color pallets. 

  • Send your clients a unique code & link to create a free account for the catalog(s) you subscribe to. They will enjoy finding styles that work for them without the stress of scouring stores and websites for looks that work together.

  • Yes!! Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive a unique code & link via email within 24-48 hours - you will give this to your clients and they can use this code to sign up for a free account to access the catalog(s) you’ve subscribed to. 

  • No, while entering payment details is required to create any account, your unique code will make their access free. The link you provide them will only give them the option to sign up for one-time access, meaning they will not be on auto-subscribe and they will get 1 month or 3 months of access, depending on your plan. 

  • If you sign up for a monthly subscription, your clients will get access for 1 month. 


    If you sign up for Quarterly or Annual your clients will get access for 3 months
    *Annual subscribers, you can request additional codes throughout the year for repeat clients to gain access again. The 3-month cap is to prevent clients from using the service you pay for if they book another photographer later in the year. 

  • We source from major retailers like Target, H&M, Free People, Nordstrom, and Anthropologie, alongside smaller online boutiques offering distinctive pieces, with nearly 200 (and counting) retailer represented there is a vast selection. Sizing is comprehensive, covering maternity, plus size, mens big and tall, adult XS–XL, infants, kids, tweens and teens. We strive to offer a wide variety of price points and styles as styling your sessions is as unique as each of your clients.

  • Catalogs get new pieces and moodboards added on a weekly basis. Color paletes are added seasonally approx 4x per year. Catalogs are cleaned year round on a weekly basis removing sold out items. 

  • Every aspect of the catlaog is interactive, all items and moodboards are shoppable. Just click and you’ll be taken to that item on the retailers site.
