Welcome to Styled By Whitney Irene (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, styledbywi.com (“Site”), and all related services, styling packages, digital products, and courses offered.

By accessing our Site or purchasing a service or product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Services Overview

Styled By Whitney Irene provides:

  • Virtual styling services for families, couples, and seniors

  • Digital styling products and catalogs

  • Online courses and educational content for photographers

  • Custom styling tools and moodboards

All services are delivered virtually and are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings for styling services require a deposit to secure your spot. Full payment must be made before final delivery of any styling assets or files. All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments via secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Commerce).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Styling services: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date (pending availability).

  • Digital products: Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued.

  • Courses: Once enrolled, access is granted for a fixed term and is non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients are expected to:

  • Complete questionnaires and provide required info in a timely manner

  • Communicate clearly throughout the project

  • Respect timelines, feedback windows, and revision limits as outlined in each package

Failure to provide necessary information may delay your project and could result in forfeiture of your booking.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including branding, text, images, styling tools, digital downloads, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Styled By Whitney Irene and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.

You may not:

  • Share your downloads or login credentials with others

  • Repackage or redistribute any part of the course or catalog

  • Claim any designs or content as your own

Exceptions apply only with written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. Harassment, abusive language, spam, or misuse of forms and contact features is strictly prohibited.

7. Testimonials & Results

All testimonials are shared with consent and reflect individual experiences. Results may vary. Styling and course outcomes depend on your own efforts, client collaboration, and external variables (e.g., photographer skill, lighting, etc.).

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site or services after changes implies acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of access to services due to third-party hosting/platform downtime

  • Any styling dissatisfaction not related to our deliverables

  • Financial loss due to misuse of materials or miscommunication

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

Terms and Conditions of Membership - The subscription service for Styling Catalogs

Styled by WI – Styling Catalog Membership

1. Membership Overview

Membership grants ongoing access to the Styling Catalogs available within the Styled by WI platform. Access continues only while the membership is active and paid.

2. Payment and Billing

Monthly fees are billed automatically on the date of enrollment. Member authorizes Styled by WI to charge the provided payment method until cancellation. Failed payments trigger an automatic retry schedule; unresolved failures result in paused access.

3. Access Rights

Membership provides non-transferable, limited-use access to the digital styling catalogs. Content is for the member’s personal use or for use within the member’s own photography business.

You may not:

• Share login credentials or downloaded materials with other industry professionals or any third party outside your booked clients.

• Provide catalog access, screenshots, downloads, or boards to other photographers, stylists, or businesses.

• Allow any non-client to use, review, copy, or extract catalog content for their own work.

• Resell, redistribute, reproduce, or repurpose any part of the catalog for commercial or competitive use.

Permitted exception:

• You may share login access only with your currently booked photography clients for the sole purpose of preparing for their session. Clients may not share access or materials with anyone else. The member must clearly communicate this restriction to all clients.

Any violation triggers immediate termination without refund.

4. Content Updates

Catalogs, product links, and styling boards update at Styled by WI’s discretion. Frequency of updates is not guaranteed. Items shown may sell out or change; Styled by WI does not control third-party retailer inventory.

5. Intellectual Property

All catalog content—styling boards, layouts, copy, design, branding, product curation—is owned by Styled by WI. No copying, recreating, or repurposing catalog content for competing products or services.

6. Cancellation Policy

Member may cancel at any time through their account portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger refunds for the current billing cycle. Access remains until the end of the paid period.

7. Refunds

All membership payments are final. No refunds or prorated refunds for unused time, dissatisfaction, or changes in business needs.

8. Use of Third-Party Links

Catalogs contain external product links. Styled by WI is not responsible for retailer pricing, availability, shipping, returns, or product quality.

9. Account Security

Member is responsible for maintaining secure login credentials. Any misuse, sharing, or unauthorized access results in immediate termination without refund.

10. Service Modifications

Styled by WI may modify, update, or discontinue catalog features, layouts, or product sources at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Termination by Styled by WI

Styled by WI may terminate access for violation of these terms. No refunds issued for accounts terminated due to misuse or breach.

12. Limitation of Liability

Styled by WI is not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, styling outcomes, or any indirect damages arising from catalog use. Catalog content is provided “as is.”

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Enrollment in the membership constitutes agreement to all terms above. Continued use of the catalogs signifies ongoing acceptance of the most current version.
